FlexScape now offers a Flexible event reservation system.  More and more members of country clubs are utilizing the club web site for booking reservations.  Now the club can set up any type of event to enable members to book online.  Members can easily add fellow members to their reservation and even create buddy lists to make it 2 clicks to add their friend(s) to their reservation.  Upon booking the reservation, all parties will receive a confirmation email.  Furthermore, all parties will receive an automated email reminder just prior to the event.  The email reminder can be customized to cross market similar types of events.  All registrants for an event are automatically an email group, so now the admin can easily email all the registrants about any changes to the event.  The email group is also archived so for next year’s event you can easily email all registrants from last year.  Events can also be set up with a waiting list.  Once the event is full, members can add themselves to the waiting list – always good to have a cushion for the cancellations.  This system can be used for any type event that has a time and a limit to the number of attendees.  For example:
